COMET Transition OVERVIEW

Jacobs Technology was recently awarded the Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering, and Test (COMET) contract. Avatar is excited for the opportunity to continue supporting our Prime partner, Jacobs, at the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) under the new COMET contract.

COMET contract work will commence on May 1, 2023, and will provide ground and launch operations support to KSC for the next 10 years. We are currently in the transition phase and warmly welcome the incumbent TOSC employees that will join the Avatar team. We are committed to facilitating a smooth transition for ERC employees who are displaced due to redistribution of contract workshare. We will be inviting these individuals to apply for open positions assigned to Avatar Technologies.

COMET Phase-In Positions
